, I'd appreciate any advise anyone can give me!!
Hello folks, we're getting married next year and we're currently planning the honeymoon. We're hoping to head to the states for 10 days. We've been pricing around and have received some very good quotes, but we're wondering should we hold off until the January sales?? Decisions, decisions

The one thing to bear in mind with the January sales for holidays, is that it does tend to be mostly the package holidays (like the ones Falcon offer) that go on sale prices for early 2017 bookings after Christmas. With the likes of scheduled airlines - it's more about getting the best price by booking early when there is wide open availability, versus holding off for them to reduce their seat prices a little, but by then the cheapest seats may very well be gone already!
So it really is a hard one to judge! Personally, if it was my honeymoon again, and I got a price that was within my budget for exactly what I had in mind, I would book it sooner rather than later! You can always revisit the booking in January and see have the hotels discounted any rooms and you may be able to upgrade a room you booked for a better price than booking it today!! Just make sure when you are booking that you check with your Travel Agent that the room is not non refundable or non changeable!
There is nothing more heart-breaking than hanging off on booking and then when you go to do it something is not available, or worse, it's gone up!!!
Hope this helps!
