Hey girls, just got BFP at the weekend :o)ll :o)ll :o)ll Do any of you have a list or know where I can get a list of foods that should be eaten and avoided during pregnancy? I know there is a sticky at the top of this thread but it doesn't go into too much detail about foods. Thanks girls :heartbeat:

I think it's on the safe food website There are things like (and this is not a complete list) Undercooked meat (no more medium steak :weep ) Undercooked eggs (no more soft boiled eggs :weep, home made meringue, home made mayo, home made ice cream, homemade mousse etc ) Unpasteurised chesse-I think it could be all soft chesses but I don't eat cheese Soft whip ice cream (no 99's :weep ) Too much caffiene (there is a limit and it's high enough but I don't know it off the top of my head) Shellfish-although my doc told me prawns are ok There are other things liek too mcuh tuna etc but I can't think at the moment (baby brain-which apparnetly doesn't exist but I'll lstill use as an excuse!) Best of luck and congratualtions!

Thanks girls :) Just wondering are there any particular foods that we [i:27huvuxf]should[/i:27huvuxf] be eating? Wall-E, think we should be drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day.
