Hey girls, just got BFP at the weekend
Undercooked eggs (no more soft boiled eggs
, home made meringue, home made mayo, home made ice cream, homemade mousse etc )
Unpasteurised chesse-I think it could be all soft chesses but I don't eat cheese
Soft whip ice cream (no 99's
Too much caffiene (there is a limit and it's high enough but I don't know it off the top of my head)
Shellfish-although my doc told me prawns are ok
There are other things liek too mcuh tuna etc but I can't think at the moment (baby brain-which apparnetly doesn't exist but I'll lstill use as an excuse!)

i have a book at home with food on it, ill check when i get back and fill u in later! i got it at my antenatal class,
also, drink plenty of water pet, it can help with constipation etc, 6/8 glasses etc,
My acuptuncturist told me wheat germ can help prevent mscarriage if thats any help! I ve been having it in cereal and in yoghurt!
