All summer and up to about 2-3 weeks ago was doing so well on the diet/exercise/water/no sweet things/no bread and here sitting at my desk and my trousers are getting tighter again, keeping on the routine is hard. Still going to the gym but nearly feel i am wasting my time as my diet isnt as good. I will go later but any inspiration ladies....thanks! Have read some amazing weight loss results on the WW forum. I just want to keep what i had lost over the summer off.... :thnk
