weird one am almost 31 weeks and iron deficient so taking galfer to get me back of track yesterday and today have little teeny tiny almost period pains in my lower back. almost shooting up and down wondering if this is something to do with the iron or something new never had a single pain until 12 days over on DD so this is new to me. might make a gp app today cause am due one this week?
