again looking for help sourcing something I need a couple of gift style boxes to fit handmade crocheted christening blankets , have a couple of christenings coming up and made these as gifts but sick of just putting them in gift bags and would like to find a sturdier way of presenting these keepsakes Cheers

dunnes have these fantastic boxes...you put them together yourself they're made from a re-inforced glossy thick board and they come ina couple of patterns and different sizes..i got one to store my wedding keepsakes in and they're perfect.. other than that they do gift boxes in birthdays but they dont go up to a very big size.. x

aye, mines about that big.. they look a bit like this when assembled but they're a strong glossy card rather than plastic but they have metal fixings and handles and are very strong, i think they're about 8 euros.. Hi Mersey I got a round box (like an old fashioned hat box) in the banana tree in Blanchardstown about 2 weeks ago. It's cream with brown flowers on it and only cost €10. It's something like the box on the top of these but it doesn't have the thick ribbon - it has a cord instead but you could buy a thick ribbon.
