MB 10 form do you pay doctor to fill it out?

Hi Just wondering as I have seen on here that some doctors charge for certs. Do you have to pay to get MB10 form filled in and I also need to get a expected day of confinement cert?

No not at all , i intend just dropping mine to my doctor to be completed and collecting it paying no fee, i will be completely shocked if i am charged

No I didn't pay for it to be filled out - or for the letter that I need to submit with it.

I just brought it to one of my antenatal appointments and there was no charge.
