Hiya Recently sang "Dank Sei Dir Herr" by Handel/Ochs for a candle ceremony at a wedding recetly and it went well. Should translate very well into an instrumental with strings - not too difficult either. Here's a youtube clip of Renee Fleming singing it to an orchestra - class! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXE-JlIu7Dk Ry

We had Gabriel's Oboe. I really wanted it as part of the ceremony and found it a little bit slow for walking up the aisle to so had it for the candle ceremony instead

We had "You by my side" for the lightening of the individual candles and "Tar Anuas a Spioraid Naoimh" for the lightening of the Marriage candle
