I'm posting it here. Don't anybody DARE move it!
This is for quick sale as I don't want to be collared for tax (at least I'm honest), so offers are now being accepted. Best offer within the week gets it provided you can sign contracts the minute you recieve them. I have two offers of 220,000 on it at the moment and there are viewers scheduled for the weekend.
Details as follows:
Semi-detached Cottage for sale 2 miles outside Edenderry on main Tullamore Road, on beautiful 1/2 acre site.
Bedroom 1 15'5" x 10 Carpeted
Ensuite 6' x 6'
Bedroom 2 (built in wardrobes) 12' x 8' Wood Flooring
Bedroom 3 10' x 8' Wood Flooring
Bathroom 8' x 6'
Sitting Room 15' x 12' Carpeted
Kitchen/Sunroom 20' x 13'
This house is well situated in a quiet area in the middle of the country with only 8 other houses on the road. It is an old turn of the century, land commissioned house and every effort has been made to maintain the charm of its era. It boasts lovely views from the back garden which is extremely private and not overlooked. It comes with two brick built sheds and a large workshop/shed that would be suitable for a store or business.
Price includes carpets, curtains, fridge, washing machine, cooker and some furniture.
EUR 240,000 or nearest offer.

Since posting this, I've had a phonecall to say that there are two more viewings scheduled.
If the people viewing it are from WOL, please feel free to ask any questions beforehand.

Mrs Peg Bundy, I was wondering if you'd consider a slightly lower asking price if the carpets/curtains/furniture were not included? TBH the carpet in the sittingroom is in a few pieces so you'd be looking to completely gut and renovate the place anyway.

Fluffmonster asked a completely reasonable question. I would also put in a lower offer on many houses if I didn't like the carpet and curtains. Most sellers cut their price in this case.
