My dress, what do you think?

Hi all, here's my dress. Did a lot of shopping around and saved myself a lot of wonga, E700 to be exact!!!! Think I'll wear the belt higher in an empire style. It's gorgeous but yea I'd wear the belt higher, it's really pretty congrats
