will NEVER AGAIN go back to them!!
oh god don't get me started on this crowd they have the worst customer service EVER i once spent 80 mins on the phone to them and never got to talk to a person!! best of all was when we emailed them with 6 weeks notice to cancel the service and they didn't cancel it, saying (a) we should have emailed tech support not customer service and (b) there was such a backlog in customer service they couldn't deal with every mail
