I did WW back before they changed over to their new points system. I have decided to start it again but just want to use the old books I have as I'm not going to go to the classes. Does anyone know if the foods have the same points in the new & old system. My friend is doing WW on the new system so I just need to know if I should stick to my old books or if I can take on board info about points that she has?
Hi Olly, the old system was just counting points but now they have the other plan aswell which is the Core plan. You can just go by your old books if you want to stick to the counting points plan. The points value of the foods would have stayed the same. But if you want to do the Core plan i think then you would need to get the new books.
