orange light in the sky tonight?!

My fiancee was putting the doggie to bed and came running telling me to look out the window. I looked up and saw a really bright orange light flying very high up in the sky, very very fast! No idea what it was but thought I could make out wings. I know Atlantis came back yesterday so can't be that. Anyone able to tell us what we saw?? It was so strange. Did anyone else see it??

Twas probably one of those chinese paper lanterns, i've seen them a few times

It was so high up though and moved really fast. We thought it might have been a rocket or space shuttle??
