Pain in upper left leg?

Hi girls, Quick question.. I have had an awful pain in my left leg since yesterday. Its not at the back of it (which I think outrules sciatica?) Its at the front of my thigh and then down my lower leg. It feels like its nerve pain, at least thats what I think. Its as if my leg has been scalded and its very sensitive... I've looked it up online but I can only find cramps and sciatica pain. I am 29 weeks pregnant. I have an appointment tomorrow in the hosp so I'll definitely ask then but in the meantime I'm hoping someone can tell me what it is, if they've had it or if they know how to stop it??! I presume baby is just lying on nerves or something but I'd be glad to hear if someone else has had pain like this. I'm in school all day so wont be able to look online til this afternoon. Thanks girls! Hope those who braved the snow this morning have a nice day and those who didnt have an even nicer one at home (I wish I had stayed there now but with a day off for my appointment tomorrow, I cant complain too much!)

Ah ever hopeful, You are SO good. I know, I cant really believe its 29 weeks either! (Although, in other ways it seems like I've been pregnant forever, weird!) I see from your ticker that your little one is over 10months. Time is flying! Enjoy your christmas with babs. Looking forward to the new year when we finally get to meet our little one.
