I have such bad pains in my back, I've no idea wat its from it started off as period type pains which I was told were normal then developed into this really bad pain like I've strained it, but I haven't lifted anything at all the most streneous thing I;ve done is put my shoes on. Any idea what it could be?

Did you pull anything? I pulled a plant in the sitting room in the early stages and really damaged my lower back it got so bad I nearly went to a chiropracter (sp)it disappeared itself but it still pulls if I sit or lay a certain way

no seriously I haven't done anything that could have hurt it, hubby won't let me do anything cos he's afraid something will happen to baby. Is there anything I can get for it?

try a heat pad on your back, or some paracetomol which you can take when you are pregnant if it's really bad..
