Painting during pregnancy?

Hi Girls, is it safe to paint while pregnant? I think the nesting bug has kicked in and I'd really like to paint a few rooms between now and when LO arrives. DH will be able to do all the high bits, but just wondering if there are any risks for me and the LO? thx

You'll need to make sure the room is well ventilated, and try not to overextend yourself, so take lots of breaks

I would also be very careful of the type of paint you are using. You wld be surprised how much fumes you breath in from painting. I know I love paiting a room but won't do it while pregnant, just in case.
