paracetamol in early pregnancy

Just wondering if it is safe to take paracetamol in early pregnancy as in 12 weeks and under?

Yes as far as I know but it must just be plain paracetamol not nuerofen or anything like that

Hiya Positive2012 yeah as far as I know Paracetamol is perfectly safe to use, but like babydust2012 said make sure that it is just plain paracetamol. No codeine in it, or asprin or anything else ok. Hope that helps.

I took it in early pregnancy, just plain paracetamol.
