mrs2boys, not sure what part you are staying in but if you are looking central to arc de triomphe i ve stayed in the hotel balmoral twice and its nice. Old boutique and a little expensive but very central. Also stayed in the hotel turin near the sacre coeur, nice, cheaper and very central.

it is, everywhere is quiet dear but the thing with the hotel turin is try contact them by mail and ask them if they will do a better deal than whats offered on the website they did with me which was great as i was over on a girly shopping trip.

We stayed here before. It's really lovely... http://www.hotelbanville.fr/ We also stayed in the hotel below before. It's fine. Not as nice as the other hotel, but it's right beside the Eiffel Tower, so is in a great location... http://www.cadranhotel.com/?ald=1_EN_P_hotel+du+cadran Hotels definitely aren't cheap in Paris!

I stayed in a place called tim hotel, wasn't too expensive but its very small. Tiny rooms but for the amount of tile you spend in the room it's perfect! Right beside the Eiffel Tower
