Do both parents have to physically go together to the garda station to sign the form for a childs passport?

Hi, Both parents should go together to get the form stamped but go into your local garda station and explain the situation and they might stamp your side and then you can give him the form to get his part signed. but technically you should be together- you would have to see him anyway to give him the same form. Yes you must both be there. We had to both be there when we did it for DD.
