Passport ?

Hi I know that if you are going on a package holiday that your passport needs to be valid for up to 6 months after travel, however we can't afford this so was wondering does the same apply if I just want a city break for 3/4 days. Any travel agents ot there that can help. Thanks

It actually depends on the country you are visiting and what they require

If inside the EU the six months is not relevant, it just needs to be valid. Doesn't matter whether it's package or not.

In most EU countries they have lifted this. I know because my husband is going to Prague tomorrow but his passport is out in June. I rang the Czeck Embassy just to be sure

AFAIK it is just the US that mainly requires this at the moment, and maybe Oz as well. The lenght of time you are going for could not be relevant, so I am sure you will be fine if it is a city within Europe. FP
