Period & Ovulation

Just a quick question. i came off injection pill 3 months ago i have just finished 2nd period and should be due to ovulate on friday. 1st cycle was 31days. My question is can you have a bleed just before you ovulate and if so what is it?? feel like its my period but it can't be can it??
