Piles of the rear end variety !! Sorry! Advise please

Hi. Am 30 weeks preg. Am not uncomfortable too much but they are getting more problematic. I am drinking water. Taking fybogel. So am not constipated and straining ( god morto now) but still have piles. Can get prescription from doc but... Just wondering if you have any advice on getting through it or did you use meds?
