can somebody please tell me if it is the norm to invite the photographer & church singer to the meal

No, never heard of that before.

We're gonna arrange for photographer and videographer to have bar food. Not the church singer though

Not the church singer, I think people do ask the photographer/videographer but from what I've heard they very rarely have a meal. I'm sure they'd find it a little awkward to be sitting at a table full of strangers!

not church singer.. but provide food definitely for the photographer.. he'll be side stepping with the hunger... last wedding we were at he had food and snapped at the same time.

Organise for him to eat in the bar or wherever but deffo not the chuch singer.
