Pm's wont send

My PM's are staying in the outbox and wont send, how do I fix this!?

AFAIK Shoegals they stay there until the OP logs on, and then the msg goes to them. not 100% sure if this IS the case though, but any of the PMs ive sent before usually get replied to eventually. They do stay in the outbox for agges too

Yes, that is correct. They stay in your outbox until the recipient logs in or opens them.
