Polar bear with blue lights

Myself and hubby were driving home last night and i was looking at all the lovely decorations in peoples windows, when i saw a polar bear covered in blue lights in someones window i love polar bears and would love one of these but havent seen them anywhere , has anyone seen them in the shops i would really love one????? i dont want to knock on the poor girls door and be like a weirdo!!!

i think i know what your talkin about - have you tried homebase? they had something like this last year.... i got penguins, but i know you could get polar bears and igloos...
