Prayer of the Faithful - Grandparents

Has anybody got a prayer of the faithful for grandparents. All of my H2B grandparents are deceased and my 2 granddads are also but my 2 granny's are still alive and very special to us both so I love to have a prayer remembering those who have gone and those who are still with us. Thanks for any help
