Hi, Kinda embarrassing really but I experienced stress incontinence a few years ago, it seemed to have been related to emotional anxiety in my life at the time, new house, money worries etc and occurred when drinking tea/coffee/alcohol. It went on for a few months. Eventually got it under control through change in drinking habits and relaxation. My worry is now that I am pregnant is this likely to be an issue as pregnancy progresses? I have my booking appt next week so I will mention it then but I guess all they will say is to do my pelvic floor exercises. Has anyone experienced anything like this pre pregnancy and not have it during pregnancy? Feel like my bladder is already weak and wondering what I can do before it gets worse! Thanks Foxym
