I've heard a number of conflicting stories lately that what you eat when you are pregnant has a direct affect on your baby. Just worried about the amount of chocolate/ sugar I may be consuming with risks of ADD etc - has anyone heard anything similar. Whilst in general I have a good varied diet my chocolate intake certainly has increased!!!!
Oh dear god, my chocolate intake is on the up as well, I don't get through many days without it at the moment! I try to get all my good nutrition and fluids as well though. You can't expect to be Superwoman. I suppose if you can keep it to one chocolate serving per day (and I don't mean just the one 100g serving of Milka) you should be able to rest easy - these statistics usually relate to taking in excessive amounts of sugar....
