Pregnancy Yoga in Holl*s st?

I heard there is pregnancy yoga in Holles St. Anyone know about it? When is it on? Can I just show up, or do you have to book in? Thanks!

I'm doing it at the moment and its brilliant, I really recommend it. The lady Carmel who is the yoga instructor is also a midwife, she is lovely and so so calm and relaxed. You need to sign up, it goes in 6 week sessions which cost 60 euro. The next session starts in about 2 weeks.
