Pregnancy Yoga on Sky

Hiya, flicking through the channels the other night i found a pregnancy yoga programme, it was due to start at some crazy o clock in the morning so i thought i sky+ it but nothing came on the planner - has anyone else seen this programme or was i just dreaming thanks

I dunno if it was the same thing, but I recorded a few pregnancy yoga programmes from Sky. I think it was the Fitness Channel or smth like that. I thought that they were useless. It was more about deep breathing and relaxing then actually doing any yoga. I deleted them and went for a walk instead
