Present for 3 yr old Flower Girl!!

Hi all! We are having our 3 yr old niece as FG and we dont know what to get her!!She has loads of toys and she loves books but we want to get her something different!!I have already gotten her a dressing gown and got it embroidered with her name and FG underneath! Thanks in advance!

What about a tiny little gold chain or bracelet with her name on?, something she can keep forever. I got pearl earrings when I did FG at the age of 5. I still have them.

How about something like a bracelet or a locket. I know she won't wear it now, but I'm sure she'd love it for the future, and so will her mum! There was a thread about this before and it mentioned a book about being a flowergirl. http://www.weddingsonline.ie/discussion ... p?t=132843

What about a personalised book. We got one for our flowergirl. She was 4 the day before the wedding and she loved it. Also got her a braclet with her name engraved on it. http://www.iseeme.com/ormyveownfat.html

My daughter did FG for her aunt when she was 3 and didn't get a present. She was FG again for another aunt when she was 8 and got a pair of earrings as she had just got her ears pierced. I will be having 3 FG, my own 2 daughters aged 2 & 4 and H2Bs 2½yr old niece. We are getting Nintendo Wii as the family present instead of seperate presents and I won't be getting anything extra for H2Bs niece as I will be paying for an entertainer for all the kids as well as filling the FGs little bags with stickers, notepads, colouring pencils etc. so I think that's enough. It's a lovely idea but the children don't really appreciate the sentiment and it can be costly. I think it's more important to the bride to give than the FG to receive.
