Probably a stupid question....

I want to ring the hospital to ask a question about something I'm slightly concerned about (I'm 14 weeks pregnant), do I just ring the general hospital number and ask to speak to a midwife? Sorry I know this is probably a stupid question but I'm a first timer so I haven't a clue! I'm semi-private in Holles Street in case that matters. Thanks wollies!

Yes, MissDiamonds, you just phone the switch and ask to speak to the midwife on call. I'd to stay on hold for a little while while the switch waited for the phone to be picked up but I got to speak to a really lovely midwife who was really helpful (when I slipped and fell in the snow and ice). Hope everything is ok.
