Does AF arrive exactly 2 weeks after ovulation? My current cycle is 43 days so when do I ovulate?
Thats a long cycle, I think that your af almost always arrives 14 days after ovulation. If you wanted to be sure about when you ovulate you could use those OPK's (ovulation predictor kits)
The time between ovulation and start of next period is called the Luteal Phase, and can vary from 12-16 days from one woman to another. However, for most women, even if your cycle length tends to vary, the luteal phase length tends to remain the same.
For example, if your LP is normally 16 days, then on a 48 day cycle ovulation would have been on day 32, and if your next cycle was 40 days, then ovulation would still have been 16 days previously which would be Day 24.
