Quick Question...

I am due to get my hair coloured on Friday...is it safe to get this done while pregnant....or is that a myth?

my doctor and hair dresser both told me that this is fine, even in first trimester xx

I thought it was a myth until I had it done! I've become allergic since I got pregnant! I ended up in hospital with a migraine. I wasnt sure if it was related to the hair colour so I mentioned it to the hairdresser when I was next in. She siad that they'd have to text me because I'd mentioned it and it turned out I'm allergis to the permanent and semi permanent colours they use. I knew myself that I had got no reaction from Loreal home colour so I've just continued using that at home. I'd ask for a test before-hand. I know I'm probably the exception but I'd rather check than having to spend 2 nights in hosp!
