Recommend me a pregnancy pillow!

Hi everyone I'm 8 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I am having shocking back pain. I fractured my coccyx a few years back so often suffer from lower back pain. At the moment, I have shocking pain lower down and then shooting into the left side of my bum kind of like sciatica, I think (have I gone overboard on the googling much?! ) Anyway, it's waking me up at night so I was thinking that a pregnancy pillow might help? Could you recommend yours please?

Thanks a million Lollyflashpants I went out and bought the Dream Genie in Mamas & Papas this morning so fingers crossed for a restful nights sleep tonight
