I'm suffering very badly with pregnancy brain and insomnia so I need something entertaining but easy to read. Anyone have any ideas?
If it helps, authors I like are:
Kathy Reichs (I think, I've only read 2 so she could start annoying me)
Alexander McCall Smith
Georgette Heyer (I'm a sucker for a regency romance heaving corset)
Authors that annoy me:
Patricia Cornwell (I've only read one Scarpetta book, didn't encourage me to read more)
Anything sci fi
Try Diane Chamberlain, she is fantastic!!
Jane Green's books are a very light read, kind of similar to Marian Keyes so if you like hers you might like JG's too.
Anthony Capella is very good, food orientated romance!
Think anything by Eloisa James would be right up your street.
Thanks ladies, I'll look them all up!
Try the WOL novel - I couldn't put it down - two woollies took turns writing chapters. It should have been published.
Completely agree, I think I lost 2 or 3 nights engrossed in this, it was brill!
Dont take it into the bath tho!
