Red itchy blemishes/bumps on face?

My face is very blemishy & red bumps on my cheeks. It's actually quite itchy and makeup doesn't really cover it. Like you can still see the red bumps coming through my foundation. Any ideas & will it go away after babs is born? I've always had really good skin & never had this on last pregnancy... Cheers girls

I had this on first pregnancy and it lasted until I stopped breastfeeding so obviously was hormone related for me. From about 7 weeks pregnant this time it came back but seems to have cleared now at 30 weeks
