Ok I've read up on how to resize yadda yadda and I'm still thick.
I did it recently from a different program (found on here) but no idea what it was (it wasn't shutter fly or one of those) so now I wanna now how to do it on paint as I will always have that.
So I open the pic with paint and when I go resize it shows % will I put 50% in each box and then just save and reopen. Is it as simple as that?
Edited to add that's not working for me

Edited:Sorry read that too fast, didn't see you wanted only to use paint but this is what I use.If you have Microsoft picture manager. I have it as standard under microsoft paint.
If you have open pic with that
Click edit pictures icon
Click Resize at bottom of list
Pick size you want.
Hopefully that works but someone might have some better suggestion

+1 on Microsoft Office Picture Manager - right click on the file and go to [i:2wn0sq5i]Open With[/i:2wn0sq5i] to select it. It's much easier to resize pictures there.
