If they were bespoke pieces you may not be entitled to a refund except in the case where they are faulty or broken.
This is because it could be very difficult for the designer to re-sell them, meaning that they would be out of pocket for both the materials used and for the time invested in making them.

You should be able to find information if you google it but under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period within which to change your mind, when you have purchased goods online this is 7 days after receipt of the goods. If you have contacted the seller within 7 days of receipt saying that you do not want the goods you should be able to get your money back. Check out the office of fair trading site, or perhaps contact the consumer council.
