safe to get a hollywood wax?

just wondering if its safe to get a hollywood wax while pregnant? and has anyone got one before? does it hurt like hell?

I got Brazilians while pregnant, no problem but I'd been getting them for a while before pregnancy. Will this be your first wax?

Oh mrsryantobe, what a time to get your first Hollywood!! :-) I'm sure you'll be fine. I get them all the time. Don't think I noticed them any worse while pregnant. Do you normally get waxed anyway?

I've found waxing very painful while pregnant, and it never bothered me before. I'm not sure I'd be going for a hollywood as my first waxing experience, I have a feeling you wont let the girl finish...... and will end up with a wonky wood!! LOL

agree with above - tell the girl doing you that you're not sure how much you'll be up for and she can do it gradually each side and go back for more if you like rather than you bailing out halfway and ending up lob sided !!

I think you should be fine. I read posts before saying waxing was more painful during pregnancy but I havent found that to be the case yet (fingers crossed it stays that way). Just make sure you go to somewhere that specialises in waxing and you'll be grand. Good luck!

I def find waxing more painful when pregnant!! I can't even hack a Brazilian when pregnant so it's lady garden time for me for the next 30 weeks!!!
