Sesame sticks?!!!!!!

girls are Sesame sticks fattening cos i am being totally strict on my diet but snacking on these-tum all bloated

I'd say they are bad My rule is if it tastes nice,its bad And i read on here before, its a bad sign if a pack doesnt ahve the calories etc on the pack. i.e. its not going to be too good for you! Still don't know the exact calories for them though, sorry

Hi annie, I looked them up on food focus and as far as i can gather 100g of sesame sticks have 541 calories. Although 100g is quite a lot so if you are only having small portions 10-20g it should be fine.
