should you take folic and pregcare together?

not actively ttc yet- just want to be prepared and find out what i should be doing the months before..

There is sufficient folic acid in pregnacare so you don't need to take the both.

Hi I asked my doctor the same question - answer I got was "no" either take one or the other - as pregnacare had folic acid plus other vitamins good for mum and baby I took pregnacare only. Am now 5 months pregnant and still taking my pregnacare.. hope this helps!
