Silver Coins

Hi girls, Just wondering if someone could set me in the right direction. Where do I get the silver coin(s) that are exchanged during ceremony?

We got one with our rings -he is going to give that to me. I am going to give him a collectors coin that me Grandad gave me a few years ago. I think alot of Jewellers do them.
