Slightly underactive thyroid & TTC

Hi just wondering if anyone here has any experience of this? My Dr has told me that my thyroid is likely to go underactive in the next year and we're planning to TTC next Feb :( Typical isnt it!! I'm wondering if any of you had a similar experience?? Thanks
