Its funny, staying in bed makes me feel worse too.
You know what, you're better off just getting up and eating something.
My mum advised me to try and get into a routine as quickly as possible, and I'd find out what works for me and what doesn't.
I set my clock now much earlier in the morning, I get up out of bed, have a puke

(like I said to hubby this morning "ah nothing like a puke to start the day

), go downstairs have a weetabix (forcing myself to eat it), back up, have a shower and get ready (slowly). I get into work, have a slice of toast and a cup of tea, and I'm set then until my break at 10.30, and I feel better after lunch then.
Honestly, I know when you feel like that it's hard to eat, but it really does make you feel better. It's the empty stomach that's making you feel like that.
You poor thing though - that bile stuff is horrible isn't it. That's what I get every morning too.
