hey, I applied for my maternity pay there a few weeks ago. I got a confirmation letter that they received my form. Today I got a letter from a deciding officer asking for confirmation from my employer on headed paper of the number of weeks works since jan 09 and prsi paid. Is this the norm? I thought the above would of been covered out in the MB10 form. anyone have any ideas? thanks

your employer might have forgotten to fill does details on the application form , i woul get it off your employer and get it straight in ..

Maybe your employer forgot to fill out that part of the form?im sure it will be ok.
