Oh that is crap alright and really nice of you to consider your brothers' feelings. Sorry to be nosey but why have you held off 2 years announcing your engagement? And why then all of a sudden this weekend for your announcement? What has changed? (Again sorry to be nosey) - it was little unfair I think for your HTB to tell you that he was going to re-propose this weekend....though maybe it slipped out. Wait a couple of more weeks if you can and good luck to both of you.

Have the double celebration, enjoy it Pride doesnt come into it when its happy times. Speak to your h2b maybe he will see that this is a great thing and it will be lovely for your family to have a nice be happy double celebration.
