Something romantic?

Ok, I know this is going to sound a bit stupid but I want to do something really romantic on the big day for h2b? My big plan was to write our own vows and then I could tell him exactly how I feel about him in front of all our family and friends, but found out we're not allowed to write our own in the Catholic Church. So wanted to make some kind of gesture as a big display in front of everyone - any ideas Wollies?
