Sore Boobs

I'm just wondering have any of you nearing the end noticed your boobs are sorer, never mind your nipples My boobs are aching again but I keep getting pains in my nipples? Is it normal??

baby peanut I have noticed my nipples are sore at the moment. Not my entire boob (like at the start) just the nipple area. After a bath at the weekend my nipples actually started to sting! Weird! Also have been leaking like an old pipe! Oh the joys.

Nearly sure its the milk filling up in the milk ducts, that why you are leaking so much too, mama2b
