Girls, This is a little strange but i am beginning to notice that after standing for less than ten mins the sole's of my feet are killing me ????? I've only put on a couple of pounds since i got pg so its not that ! But its really beginning to be difficult because i commute on the train and i am in agony and wrecked by the end of the journey and its making walking around tough - is it just a phase or is it just me ????

I'm a chef so I'm on my feet for 8 hours a day. I know how you feel. I've been like this for a good few weeks. My ankles have also been swelling since week 12. Hi FF- I have noticed some days that i have gotten sore feet more the soles of my feet are sore from standing for long periods or walking even. i did find when i wore my runners they felt better but i can't wear my runners to work :o0 . I just presume its all part and parcel of being pregnant.

Sorry to hear about your sore feet fat frog-no doubt no one gives you a seat on those bloody trains. I hear horror stories from the girls in here about pregnant women fainting and everything :eek

I work on my feet as well and find I can only wear runners. I bought a pair of black nike boot / runner things that look fine under a pants if it's long enough. Wore shoes (ecco) the other day for an hour or so and soles of feet were in bits for the day.

A girl in work was telling me that when her daughter was pregnant and was getting the train to work she had a small fold up stool if no one would give up their seat.
