Sore rib thingy?

I don't know the term for it, but it's that little rib bone that ends at the top of your stomach between your boobies, it actually looks bruised, and is so so sore, like someone punched me... is this normal? it's so sore, I can't touch it!

Haven't had that one, but I do have very sore ribs on the right side, app it's babs bum pushing into them when I sit down. They are in bits today, not helped by the fact that I need to be fitted for a new bra !! The joys of all the aches and pains we have
